We are seeking a Food Technologist for an Ayurveda Wellness Manufacturing Plant.

Job Profile

Production Setup & Optimization: Establish and streamline nutri gummy production processes to meet scalability, efficiency, and quality goals.
Create SOPs for production
Formulation Development: Suggest and implement changes to formulations for improved taste, texture, stability, and compliance.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and other relevant nutraceutical regulations.
Problem Solving: Monitor production runs, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions quickly.
Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and external manufacturing/ingredient partners.
Innovation & Research: Stay updated on industry trends, functional ingredients, and novel delivery systems in nutraceutical gummies.

Food Technologist Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in nutri gummy production or functional confectionery.
Must have experience with making gummies & jelly. Not confectionary.
Strong knowledge of food-grade ingredients, pectin / gelatine systems, and active ingredient stability.
Familiarity with nutraceutical regulations, testing protocols, and quality systems.
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
