We are looking for a VP Talent Acquisition for a leader in Cloud Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation and Multi-cloud deployments.

Leading a Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring objectives across India
Requirement:
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Experience of leading/ managing the talent acquisition function across multi-location, multi-functional teams, with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
Experience of managing and monitoring sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes to deliver quality results.
Designing and implementation of Recruitment strategy in consultation with the respective business heads
