We are looking for a Team Leader Talent Acquisition for a series A funded Real Estate Platform.
Job Profile:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of the real estate industry, considering factors such as market trends, property types, and geographical locations.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to attract top talent.
Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing efforts to identify candidates with expertise in real estate sales, property management, leasing, development, and related fields.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company’s employer brand, highlighting its unique selling points and career opportunities within the real estate sector.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, brokers, property owners, and industry associations, to understand talent needs and market dynamics.
Talent Pipeline Development: Implement strategies to nurture and expand the talent pipeline, including engaging with universities, industry events, and professional networks to attract emerging talent to the real estate sector.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to relevant labor laws, fair housing regulations, and industry standards, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
2+ years of Experience in Team handling as in Real Estate Industry or in Sales Hiring.
Location : Belapur (Incase of Mega drives / Walkin drives or any urgent Business requirements, need to travel to other locations )
