We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Job Profile:
Learn every day and strive to be better than yesterday.
Responsible for hiring both tech and non-tech leadership talent for high-growth start-ups.
Understanding JDs, refining and posting on various job boards.
Talent sourcing and telephonic / e-meet screening.
Ensuring all trackers, ATS and MIS are updated daily.
Client coordination and servicing.
Requirement:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
We are looking for self-driven professionals who enjoy recruitment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Must have a remote working set-up (Laptop, Internet, Mobile Phone)
This is a full-time role and will require the applicant to commit 9 hours a day.
