Talent Acquisition Manager for a D2C wellness startup
Location: Mumbai | CTC: 8 to 10 LPA

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a series A funded D2C Wellness Platform. This will initially be an individual contributor role responsible to build a team as the startup grows.
Job Profile:
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition with agencies & direct hiring
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to reduce time-to-hire
Gather job profile & requirements from functional team and draft job descriptions
Spearhead sourcing from agencies and online job posting
Conduct assessment test and give assignments to candidates as pre-hiring process
Orchestrate recruitment & selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
Work on Application Tracking System (ATS) for efficient team collaboration
Conduct background verification and check reports
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Lead employment branding initiatives
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of exp. with eCommerce, Pharma, recruitment agency
Specialization in hiring multifunction mid to senior level roles
Prior volume hiring experience is mandatory. Must have startup experience
Digital tools savvy to implement ATS and other automation tools.
