We are looking for a Sr Director Sales for people management SaaS. The SaaS has been helping leading Enterprises like – Razorpay, Disney, Postman, Exotel, Khatabook, PayU and PineLabs achieve faster business results.
Job Profile:
Fearlessly Leading and Owning Named Logo Acquisition in India/APAC- closing Enterprise Logos.
Confidently network within customer accounts to identify opportunities and navigate throughout the organization
Qualify leads, convert to opportunities and close deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity
Present and demo software platform to various industries and executives
Leverage internal resources to help accelerate the sales process or mitigate risk
Ensure sales processes and documentation are accurate and timely for transparency throughout the account team
Collaborate with Marketing by providing feedback and input on customer marketing campaigns
Building a team of AEs and BDRs to accelerate the sales motion and grow APAC business.
Requirement:
Rich experience in Selling Complex SaaS products to Named Logos in India/APAC market.
Have been involved in building a 0-1 journey and a Sales Playbook in a similar stage SaaS start-up.
