We are looking for a Software Project Manager for an Atlanta based AI focussed Fintech SaaS.

Job Profile:
Planning and scheduling technical projects, including setting timelines, identifying resources needed, and establishing budgets
Managing and coordinating the work of technical team members, including assigning tasks and setting priorities
Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders and clients
Identifying and managing risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Ensuring that all technical projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
Providing guidance and mentorship to technical team members
Negotiating and managing contracts with technical vendors and partners
Managing and maintaining project documentation
Providing input into the continuous improvement of technical delivery processes.
Experience in managing software development projects
Able to lead technical and architecture-level discussions with clients and team
A proven track record of delivering projects on time, at cost, and at quality
Hands-on experience in agile project management
Define long-term and short-term strategies, processes for the unit, and processes
Mentor project teams

Requirements:
15+ years of Software application and product development
Performed a developer/architect role
Lead SDLC for multiple projects
Managed different services lines of the project Development / Maintenance / Support / Migrations
Familiar with different full-stacks
Technology Expertise: Web or Mobile related technologies (ReactJS, Node JS)
Dev Ops tools (github pipelines, azure pipelines)
DB (MySQL, Postgress, Mongo)
Design patterns, Headless Architecture, or Micro Services
High-level communication skills, including experience of communicating effectively across cultures and with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
Ability to listen to multiple perspectives and resolve conflict in a way that maintains healthy relationships between stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to understand and support the needs of diverse projects across an organization and anticipate how one action may cause/impact another
The confidence to offer ideas and solutions and question the information validity
Good people-management skills; the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization and impart knowledge and experience in an accessible and clear manner
