We are looking for a AVP- Business Development, Corporate Services for our multi-national client that offers Facilities & Project Management Services.

Job Profile:
You will own the strategic initiatives that include assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies and driving the associated business planning processes.
Own the sub-segment of new business goals, targets, and strategies.
Lead, Manage, and Hire a team of self-motivated, go-getter sales leads in different geographies.
Set high standards in terms of performance both Quantitative (budgets, KPIs, etc) and Qualitative (discipline, trust, integrity, behaviors)
Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, which include the development of the business plan, operating model, resource allocation, market segmentation, Target Clients, Geography strategy
Work with the cross-functional leadership team (Segment Director, Platforms, Finance, and Marketing) to drive alignment on segment business goals.
Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
Own strategic initiatives on both ongoing and ad hoc basis, working collaboratively across the sub-segment
Oversee a people development plan, including promoting skill building, setting forward-thinking objectives, collaborating across functions and providing opportunities and coaching on effective business partnering.

Requirements:
Post Graduate in Management, Technical, Engineering, hotel management or equivalent practical experience.
15+ years of relevant experience in Consultative Sales, preferably in the Service Industry.
Experience with team management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading operational and strategic initiatives
Experience with a complex, globally scaled product, sales, and engineering environment.
