SBU Head for a Global ITES

We are seeking a SBU Head for a Global ITES offering Data Analytics Services.

Job Profile:

Lead the entire data analytics business within a specific business unit (SBU).
Leading teams (Mostly from the USA) who execute projects under specific strategic road map advised
Defining the data analytics strategy for the delivering projects aligning it with overall business objectives and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success especially timely execution of project milestaones
Leading a team of data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and visualization specialists, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient project delivery and customer delight.
Establishing data quality standards, data access controls, and data governance practices within the SBU.
Overseeing the execution of various data analytics projects, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, modelling, and reporting. as required by the client
Interpreting data analysis results to generate actionable insights for business decision-making .
Collaborating with key stakeholders across the SBU to identify data needs, communicate findings, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Evaluating and selecting appropriate data analytics tools and platforms for the project
Meet quarter-by-quarter targets, monitor profitability, cost of India operations
Manage people overall morale and maintain headcount targets

Requirements:

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech
20+ years in Data Analytics. Experience in leadership roles within a 500-1000 employee Data Services setup.
Proven experience leading PnL of a Data Analytic Services Company.
Expertise in cloud data analytics, Apache Hadoop, Python, and big data tools.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and urgency-driven execution.
