We are looking for a RSVP Executive for a Global B2B Event, Exhibitions and Conference Platform.

Job Profile:
A Multi-tasker to coordinate and handle work related to RSVP, Admin, Operations, Marketing etc
Maintain Event-wise Data and share timely reports, highlighting key details at all times
Sales Cold Calling & lead Generation
Adhere and accomplish tasks withing timelines, by being flexible to stretch hours at work, when work demands
Highly organized, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Possess maturity by maintaining professionalism and keeping confidentiality of information at all times
Research on creative ideas for event operations

Requirement:
1 to 3 Years of overall experience
A target-oriented go-getter with Bachelors / Master’s degree
Presentable Personality with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client servicing from the events/MICE industry with a good understanding on Architects & Interior Designers of the building material industry overall
Excellent coordination, with timely updates and a thorough team player
Flexible to Travel
Able to work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
