We are looking for a Retentions Marketing Manager for a series A funded D2C Wellness Brand.
Reports to- GM Marketing
Job Profile:
Retention Marketing
Setup campaigns in marketing automation tools like WebEngage, Netcore, Optimove
Automate communication sequences using Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications
Strategy & Execution
Generate revenue through repeat purchases, cross-sell, upsell to online customers
Setup rule-based customer journeys for e-commerce customers
Analytics
Nurture B2C customer base using monthly cohorts analysis
Segment & retain customers using RFM analysis
Intuition & data-driven approach to analyze consumer behavior and drive actions
Analyze transaction data, curate consumer insights to retarget across channels, products
Analyze campaign & website transaction data to build consumer journey
Requirements:
5+ years experience in B2C ecommerce, SaaS, digital & analytics companies
Deep expertise in customer retention, loyalty, app engagement, repeat purchases (mandatory)
Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making
Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance
