Retail Operations Manager for India’s top home fabric brand

We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager for India’s top home fabric brand.

Job profile:

Managing, operation, service and profitability EBITDA store wise of all stores
Establishing or setting up new stores
Forecasting and planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame
Coordinating with branding team for store related branding / marketing activities
Introduction of new products
Daily review with Management
Undertaking market analysis and assessing competitors’ actions
Technical or SAP changes/upgradation in co-ordination with store and IT teams
Recruitment, induction and training of new retail staff
Financial analysis of each store
Tailor management at each store
In store event execution
Co-ordination with vendors for smooth supply of materials
Co-ordination between stores and head office teams
Keeping a tab on all outstanding of all stores
Discount approvals for all stores

Requirements:
Skills:
a) Functional Skills: Developing New Business, Driving Sales, Streamlining Retail & Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, P&L Management and Store Launch

b) Behavioural Skills: Leadership skills, Team player, Effective Communication

Knowledge: Strategy in increasing sales

Qualification and Experience:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Textiles/Management with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience of textiles/garment industry
