Regional Credit Manager for a Digital Lending Platform
Location: New Delhi | CTC: 12-15 LPA
We are looking for a Regional Credit Manager for a RBI registered Series A funded NBFC founded by Senior Bankers and IIT Delhi Alumini.
Job Profile:
End to End responsibility for Portfolio management – building a high quality affordable mortgage portfolio
Underwriting and sanction of Home loan/loan against property files in Delhi NCR
Manage a large team for Credit Managers for LAP/HL underwriting
Supervising the timely preparation of MIS reports
Meeting and personal discussion (PD) with customers to understand their business, profile and loan requirement .
Requirements
10/15 yr experience in mortgage underwriting
3- 5 yr min experience in Affordable Mortgages / Micro LAP Market- Credit
Strong mortgage underwriting skills with proactive portfolio management
Must have 7+ years of experience in a NBFC.
Should have a clear legal & technical knowledge of Delhi NCR.
Strong team management experience to complete within TAT (Sales/Credit) Business
