Property Manager for a Gen Z focused Real Estate Startup

We are looking for a Property Manager for a Gen Z focused Real Estate Startup.

Job Profile:
Project Management:
Oversee and manage all aspects of property-related projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Vendor Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements for property services.
Fit-Outs:
Coordinate and manage fit-out projects as required.
Ensure the property meets design and quality standards.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and organized records related to property management.
Hospitality and General Management Experience:
Leverage hospitality and general management experience to enhance property operations.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management and fit-outs.
Background in the hospitality industry and general management is preferred.
Previous experience as a Property Manager is required.
Strong data management skills.
