We are looking for a Media Planner for a Series A Funded Real Estate Platform

Job Profile:
Develop and implement innovative offline strategies to promote real estate projects in targeted micro-markets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand project objectives, target demographics, and budgetary constraints.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify relevant offline and digital media channels and opportunities.
Create detailed media plans that outline the optimal mix of Outdoor, Print, Radio, BTL activities, SMS, VAPP, and Whatsapp marketing for each project.
Negotiate contracts and secure competitive rates with media vendors and agencies for all marketing collaterals, including site branding materials, promotional hampers, and digital assets.
Oversee the procurement and production of all marketing collaterals, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Coordinate SMS, VAPP, and Whatsapp marketing campaigns, including message creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Manage the execution of offline and digital marketing campaigns, including residential society activations, corporate activations, events, launch parties, road shows, and other non-digital initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations across all marketing channels.
Conduct regular audits of offline and digital marketing activities to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Travel to various locations based on business needs to oversee campaign execution, attend client meetings, and participate in industry events.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in offline and digital media planning and strategy, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven expertise in developing and executing successful offline and digital marketing campaigns in India.
Strong understanding of Outdoor, Print, Radio, BTL advertising channels, as well as SMS, VAPP, and Whatsapp marketing.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms with media vendors and agencies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Existing network of contacts within the media industry is highly desirable.
