Marketing Manager for a Global Alcobev Brand

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager for a global Alcobev brand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media & Digital Marketing
    Manage website and social media content
    Manage and grow the brand’s presence across key social media platforms.
    Develop content strategies, execute campaigns, and track performance.
    Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain a strong brand voice.
  2. Media Planning & Offline Marketing
    Develop and execute integrated media plans for brand campaigns.
    Identify key offline marketing opportunities, including print, out-of-home (OOH), and experiential marketing.
  3. Brand Activations & Events
    Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, pop-ups, and experiential marketing campaigns.
    Manage brand presence at luxury events, festivals, and exclusive gatherings.
    Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  4. Research & Market Insights
    Conduct market research to understand trends in the luxury and alco-beverage (AlcoBev) space.
    Monitor competitor activities and propose innovative strategies.
  5. Partnerships & Networking
    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including premium cafés, restaurants & bars.
    Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, event organizers, and lifestyle brands.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years in Luxury Marketing, preferably in the AlcoBev or hospitality sector.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation: Must be presentable, with a keen eye for aesthetics and luxury brand representation.
  • Agency Background Preferred: Experience in a marketing agency handling premium or AlcoBev brands is a plus.
