We are looking for a Manager Training Content Development for a leading Hotel Group.

Job Profile:
Build engaging, informational, and visually compelling learning experiences
Work to ensure that all training materials are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with the larger team and company goals
Establish positive relationships with SMEs and other partners to ensure learning experiences are designed to improve team outcomes
Find new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our increasingly hospitality audience
Use agile methodology to define, create, develop, and manage content projects through a prioritized backlog
Facilitate learning and development across multiple delivery mediums, including innovative written content and processes, in-person training, virtual training, e-learning, and other strategies
Perform needs assessments to identify opportunities to improve team growth and development around role-based knowledge, skills, and competencies

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Content Development, Instructional Design, or Talent Development / Talent Management
Established methods for working with Subject Matter Experts to target and refine learning objects.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate abstract or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to independently scope and run multiple, concurrent projects
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Platforms.
Experience working in technology is preferred. Knowledge of Hospitality Industry is a big plus!
