We are looking for a Sr Manager Social Media & ORM for a leading hospitality group. This role will coordinate Campaigns for Netcore, ORM Escalation Matrix , Content Refresh on Google My Business Pages, ORM & Social Analytics

Job Profile:

Social Analytics
Understand search engine behaviour: social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc. These are the most important and basic skills of a reputation manager
Reaching out to dissatisfied customers is an important procedure to control negative reviews Moreover, focusing on forums, tweets, images, and writing effective blog posts
Research online to find out all the negative keywords associated with a brand or individual and publish positive content that can then neutralize the effect of the former
On-line content, tracking and analysis of reputation factors
Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions
Continuously monitoring /Tracking the reputation of the brand on various outlets, e.g., social media, search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums, etc.
Track, analyse and make recommendations to account for new or revised content; optimize for SEO
Analyse online statistics: overall trends and subsets by Sites/Rating/Keywords, identify on-going trends and potential mitigation solutions
Working knowledge/familiarity with social listening tools
Hands on experience on social analytics and BI Tools
Content development and management expertise is required

Requirements:
Tools for Analytics @ Google, Social & ORM
Hands on experience with D2C/ E-Commerce Performance Management Campaigns
Hands on with Marketing Automation
6-9 Years of Social Media / Online Reputation Management experience
Qualification: Digital Marketing Degree/Diploma with Certificates from Platforms like Google, LinkedIn preferably
