We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a IIT/IIM Alumini founded B2B Chemtech Platform
Roles and Responsibilities:
Increase online presence: Implement strategies to increase the client’s online presence organically; strategize & work on long-term SEO strategy; manage all social media platforms
Increase offline presence: Organize events, conferences, etc. to establish the client as the industry leader
Identify & invite industry stalwarts as speakers; attract delegate participation
Establish the client’s brand, lead booth installation in various B2B events
Branding: Develop & market value proposition for our current products & new launches
Cascade the value proposition through various mediums (email marketing, website, social-media, blogs, videos etc.); define communication guidelines
Convey brand values to all stakeholders to imprint them in their minds
Align all communications with the client’s positioning, vision, goal, tone & identity
Content, PR & Communications: Define the client’s content strategy to establish the company as industry leader
Define PR strategy, liaison with agencies & media houses (organic/inorganic)
Spearhead engagement vehicles like marketing emails, newsletters, blogs etc.
Team Building: Hire smart, enthusiastic & young individuals to run content & marketing efforts
Requirements
3-8 years of experience in PR/Communications or Branding/Marketing
Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skill
Should have managed Marketing for B2B brands or B2B businesses in the past
Background in design or copywriting is a plus
Educational background in Media or Mass Communication is a plus
Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams
Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen, good network, can commit and take ownership; should have high EQ
