We are looking for a Manager Marketing for India’s top Home Fabric Brand.
Job Profile:
Strengthen the brand presence in the Indian market through various ATL, BTL & trade promotion activities
Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
Design & implement In store visual merchandising stories, window displays & PR stories to showcase new products & collections
Cultivate & build consumer fan base through consistent digital marketing activities via FB, YouTube, Pintrest & other social media plug-ins
Build & maintain relationships with Industry bodies & the editorial fraternity for PR plug-ins
Campaigns for promoting exclusive brand outlets as the destination for the latest in home furnishings.
Packaging development and design aesthetics ,
Create & Drive consumer handles to increase category engagement & hence conversions
Responsible for developing , implementing and sustaining a Brand and Communications strategy to achieve the objectives of the Brand and make it one of the Top 50 Brands in the country.
Interacting with advertising/media agencies, providing the brief, evaluating & implementing the 360 degree creative, planning and media strategy
Ideating creative routes for newly launched products/services and conceptualizing end to end execution
Event / Exhibition management, strategic and tactical campaign deployment.
Initiating and conducting relevant research through research agencies
Identifying market niches and launching new products to satisfy the niche
To manage corporate identity, electronic communications, internal communications, corporate events program, publications and other marketing materials.
Develop and implement internal and external communications programs including better negotiations with vendors for cost effectiveness.
Content Management and creation:
Copy repository of existing content and creating a bank of researched information for all products.
Retail /events/ institutions
Digital campaigns/social media/e-mailers/launches
Requirements:
PG – MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization
Should have minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
Well versed in computers all applications
Have command over commercial aspect of advertising
Creative and commercial thought process
Thorough knowledge of ATL & BTL advertising – advertised products pan India in Metro, II & III tier cities in India
