We are looking for a Manager Business Development for a leading Management Consulting Firm specializing in EPR, ESG, Corporate Finance, and Business Operations.
Job Profile:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.

Lead the negotiation and closure of complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
Continuously evaluate and optimize business development processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and metrics to measure progress and track performance.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate insightful reports for senior management.
Leverage your expertise in consulting services to provide strategic guidance.
Develop customized consulting solutions that address specific client needs and deliver measurable value.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, recommendations, and actionable strategies for success.
Drive continuous innovation and improvement in consulting offerings based on market feedback and industry best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
