We are looking for a Interior Designer Retail Outlets for a leading wellness brand.

Job Profile:
Drafting & Design:
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for retail interior projects.
Develop 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max / Revit.
Create detailed joinery and millwork drawings, specifying materials, dimensions, and construction methods.
Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with interior designers to translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure drawings are understood and implemented correctly.
Participate in project meetings and site visits to ensure alignment with design intent.
Technical Expertise:
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal guidelines relevant to interior design.
Provide technical solutions and improvements to optimize design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Quality Control:
Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards.
Ensure all drawings and plans are ready for client presentation, production, and construction.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in the interior design industry with retail exposure.
Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail interior design, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in ensuring the accuracy of all drawings and designs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
