We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager for a leading LMS Provider.  

Job Profile:

  • Responsible and accountable for inside sales and lead generation.
  • Own up and deliver agreed-upon targets/numbers, including performance targets and revenue targets.
  • Discovering the right target audience within prospective companies through various available paid/non-paid resources like LinkedIn etc.
  • Generating qualified leads through various avenues, including email campaigns, cold calls, etc.
  • Tracking various portals to find opportunities as well as giving company’s introduction to prospects.
  • Setting up meetings with the prospect-client and taking responsibility for the effective on boarding of new customers.
  • Diligently keeping in touch with the prospects and Maintaining and updating CRM for Management reporting
  • Maintaining detailed Minutes of Meeting for each prospect – client and their respective meetings – with all the information that was discussed via emails or calls  

Requirements:

  • About 3-5 years of experience in inside sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent in written and oral communication
  • Effective in implementing the set strategies Efficient in data research and maintaining the CRM.
  • Poised yet aggressive for achieving set targets
  • Willingness to learn quickly on the job Receptive to new ideas or suggestions.
  • Organised with an aggressive approach to achieve the set targets.
