We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for a leading Learning Management Systems Provider.  

Job Profile:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and updates.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage lead data and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions to improve lead generation effectiveness.  

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales development (2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage with potential leads.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of [industry-specific tools or platforms] is a plus.
  • Experience with lead nurturing and qualification techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and content strategy
