We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for a leading Learning Management Systems Provider.
Job Profile:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage lead data and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions to improve lead generation effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales development (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfortable working with cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage with potential leads.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of [industry-specific tools or platforms] is a plus.
- Experience with lead nurturing and qualification techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
