We are seeking a Head of Talent Acqusition for a Global Data Solutions Provider. The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the company’s entire talent acquisition strategy to find and hire top-tier Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other IT professionals.

Job Profile:

  • Develop and execute quarterly recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
  • Identify key talent needs for data analytics teams, focusing on niche technical skills.
  • Implement targeted hiring strategies for high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to source candidates from job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Ensure efficient screening and shortlisting processes to evaluate technical skills and role fit.
  • Utilize technical assessments to ensure candidate competency.
  • Build and promote the company’s brand as a top employer for data analytics professionals.
  • Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders, universities, and industry experts to enhance talent attraction.
  • Establish and maintain talent pools for proactive candidate outreach.
  • Design and implement succession planning strategies for critical roles.
  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Meet a hiring target of 20 new hires per month over the next three months.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the data analytics and IT industry, including emerging trends and required technical skills.
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring for IT and data roles.
  • Strong people management and communication skills to lead a high-performance recruitment team.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Data-driven approach to optimize hiring strategies and recruitment efficiency.
  • Ability to achieve aggressive hiring goals while ensuring quality talent acquisition.
