Our client is an over 3 decade-old listed group looking at building an Incubation Center for Artificial Intelligence focused start-ups. The promoters are mature professionals with quality education and substantial work experience in the eCommerce industry. NetSysCon Consulting is responsible for identifying and appointing a Head- Incubation Center Operations who will lead the business in the 0 to 1 phase.
Job Description:
- Identifying and supporting entrepreneurs who shall utilize the facilities of the Center for growth.
- Create network of funding agencies for benefit of the entrepreneurs.
- Liaison with different government and private entities for the benefit of the entrepreneurs.
- Build a team which understands and propagates the culture of incubation and nurturing.
- Pick up and implement best practices for the Center.
- Generate interest among the community to build businesses for growth of enterprise.
Requirement:
- 2-3 years of experience leading an incubation center.
- Masters from a reputed institute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Academic or professional experience with AI preferred.
