We are looking for a General Manager Hotel Revenue Management for a premium Hospitality Group.

Job Profile:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement revenue management strategies that align with the company’s objectives and current market conditions.
Cluster Role Management: Manage and oversee revenue performance across 8 to 10 properties, ensuring cohesive strategy and execution.
Pricing and Yield Management: Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive data to establish optimal pricing strategies and maximize yield.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Create accurate revenue forecasts and budgets in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze revenue performance, providing insights and reports to support key decision-making processes.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of revenue management professionals, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with broader business goals.
Distribution Oversight: Develop and manage distribution strategies to optimize revenue from multiple channels and sources.
Technology Integration: Ensure the effective use of revenue management tools and technology to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks to revenue targets and devise strategies to mitigate them.
Industry Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and distribution channels to enhance revenue opportunities.
Reporting and Insights: Present regular reports and performance insights to senior management, offering recommendations for improvement.
Best Practices Implementation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for revenue optimization.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
6 to 7 years of experience in a revenue-focused role.
Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, and financial analysis within the Hospitality sector.
Experience working in cluster roles, managing 8 to 10 properties.
Proficiency in digital tools, sales and marketing skills, and financial knowledge about pricing and profitability are essential.
The candidate is expected to be highly analytical, with the ability to discuss growth percentages, market share, occupancy rates, and average room rates (ARR), along with strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of overall distribution and the ability to manage multiple distribution channels.
Previous experience leading a team, with strong strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach to achieving revenue targets.
High-level analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in revenue management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
