NetSysCon is responsible to identify key leadership roles for a VC funded Wellness Digital Platform. Our client is a series A funded Full-Stack Consumer Wellness Platform dedicated to provide judgement free, personalized solutions related to daily nutrition, fitness, hair, skin, sleep and sexual health.
Job Profile:
– Own and manage the relationships with various marketplaces.
– Devise the growth strategies for the brand on marketplaces
– Drive Month on Month growth on marketplaces
– Provide strategic direction to the team
– Focus on revenue and margins
– Manage pricing, sales, discounts, marketing spends on marketplaces
– Plan and execute campaigns with the marketplace teams
– Leverage data to optimize spends and drive profitability
– Work with the teams to create awesome product listings
– Lead the charge on new product launches
– Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize the social media plans
– Drive teams to optimize campaigns for ACOS, ROAS and CPCs
– Competition analysis, new product launches.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience driving business growth on marketplaces
Must have working relationships with marketplace stakeholders
Good understanding of marketplace growth levers
Analytical, attention to detail with a grit to grow faster than the category
Great written and verbal communication skills
