We are seeking a Director Resort Operations for a leading Hospitality Group.

Job Profile:

  • Leads in the development of the region’s business strategies
  • Maximizes profitability and revenue by directing the region’s operations (including rooms and food & beverage.
  • Controls costs by adhering to standards of operations for forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, payroll control and other expense management systems for the region.
  • Develops and implements people management strategies.
  • Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver seamless service and teamwork.
  • Adheres to resort policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Should have handled Owner Management for multi units.
  • At all times projects a favourable image of the Resort to the public.
  • Assists in the development in the business plan and ensures the resorts have an overall understanding of their goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of Hospitality experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as Multi Unit General Manager.
  • Hotel Management degree preferred.
  • Experience managing owner Properties.
  • Able to collaborate and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and operational targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
