Our Client is one of the top accounting and auditing firms in India that is looking for a Director – ESG Consulting to build ESG Consulting Practices in India.
Job Profile:
Responsible for the overall performance of ESG Consulting starting with client acquisition, onboarding, transition, client servicing, and ensuring client delight
Planning of the overall sales and go-to-market strategy for the ESG Consulting
Developing all materials needed to support selling the solution to prospective clients
Reviewing and enhancing the existing ESG business strategy, service offerings, processes, and frameworks
Managing and overseeing ESG client services operations.
Build and provide leadership to the ESG team.
Engaging with clients and prospects interpreting their needs to feed new products and solution requirements for future development
Supporting teams to advance their sustainability knowledge and skills, through coaching and sharing of best practices
Drive ESG business development, solutions, and delivery teams to achieve their full potential and enable extraordinary performance and operational excellence
Requirement:
Master’s degree from a reputed institute
3 – 5 years of professional experience offering ESG solutions to global clients
Strong knowledge of the various international reporting standards (UNGC / SDG, GRI, SASB / TCFD, CDP, UNPRI) and of the tier 1 ESG rating methodologies
