We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive for a series A funded Women’s Wellness Brand.
The role will be in a rotational shift as follows:
- 10.00 AM to 7.00PM
- 11.30 AM/12.00 PM to 8.30 PM/ 9.00PM
Job Profile:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Answer incoming calls and emails, and handle inquiries or redirect as necessary.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients and visitors.
Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
Any Graduate. Languages: English, Hindi and local languages
Strong Soft skills and a pleasant personality.
Freshers from Hospitality Institutes like Frankfinn or Hotel Management
OR
1+ Years of experience in Hotels / Restaurants / Spas. Must have customer facing experience.
