We are looking for a Corporate Travel Desk Consultant for India’s top Home Fabric Brand

Job Description
Travel Bookings:
Handling the booking engine Amadeus to study various available flight connections and design domestic and international itineraries.
Creating itinerary for the travellers keeping in mind the work responsibilities, company policies, airline services and the cost effectiveness.
Managing travel bookings of Directors, Top Management, Employees and other Guests.
Keep a track on all the travel reservations and air miles of Top Management, Directors.
Advance travel bookings for important trade events to ensure availability and lowest possible air fares.
Issuing online web tickets through airline portals or third party websites using corporate credit card.

Documentation & Foreign Exchange Management:
Processing Visa documentations and Passport issuance/re-issuance for company employees.
Arranging Foreign exchange and advances for employees travelling abroad as per the company policies.
Issuing overseas travel insurance policies for employees travelling abroad for business trips.
Maintaining/Renewal of annual corporate agreements/contracts with vendors (like Travel agent , Airlines,Visa, Forex and Insurance agents).
Generating travel MIS reports for travel expenditures and maintaining itinerary details for records.
Invoice processing for all travel related services and coordinating with finance department for timely payments to the vendors.
Hotel Bookings:
Arranging hotel bookings for Domestic and International travels for the employees and top management (with their families).
Coordinating with local travel desk personnel for completing other formalities.

Miscellaneous:
Arranging for local travels and pick up for Company Promoters, Guests and their families.
Arranging local numbers of foreign countries for international travellers.
Closing corporate deals with hotels and travel agents for best deals on services and packages.
Updating all the internal stakeholders on airline promotional schemes facilitating them to plan their travels accordingly if possible.

Requirements:
Good communication skills
Should have knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
Should have knowledge in handling advanced software related to Travel Management.
Should have knowledge in Internet Surfing & Research and managing Online Ticket Booking Portals.
International Travel & Tourism Foundation Course from IATA
