We are looking for a Sr Concierge Executive for a India’s premier customer engagement platform.  

Job Profile:

  • Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Handle booking and reservation requests for flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel regulations. C
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and promote our services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new travel destinations to better assist customers in their travel planning.
  • Meet individual and team targets for SLA and customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Handle customers’ personal data and payment information with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in handling emergencies and provide necessary support to customers during travel disruptions.
  • Handle Concierge services by providing seamless experience to the high-net-worth customers.  

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • 1 to 10 Years of experience in any one of the below
    • Travel Consultant B2C
    • Ticketing & Reservations B2C
    • Hotel Concierge Executives
    • B2C Lifestyle/ Concierge specialists from other companies
    • Hotel Reservations
    • Luxury Retail Executives (Louis Vuitton, Versace, Hermes, etc)
    • Airlines / Aviation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
