We are looking for a Manager Accounts for a top-ranked accounting & auditing firm. The role is responsible to manage India accounts for a US-based client.
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Mostly work from home
Working Hours: As per India time, with the exception of month-end accounting and discussions with the US/Canada team.
Job Profile:
End to End management of India accounts for a US based client
P2P function
Accounts Payable function (to include bill booking, remittance processing, payment accounting, vendor follow-up & resolution, etc.)
Monthly MIS/ Variance support
Payroll support -will provide data to 3rd party and then finally pay salary
ROC compliance w.r.t., financials
Support during Statutory Audits
Financials closure for India Accounts
Fixed assets register updating and recording
Consolidation of India, US and Canada Accounts
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant with ateast 2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. Must have experience in Finalization of Accounts & Statutory Compliance.
Software knowledge: Tally or Quick Books
Excellent communication skills
