Business Head for a 0 to 1 Stealth Startup
Location: New Delhi | CTC: 60-80 LPA + ESOPs
We are looking for a Business Head for a pre-seed funded 0 to 1 phase retail business startup focused on launching global cosmetic brands in India. The Founding team has recently obtained the exclusive rights for a premium brand owned by a famous international celebrity.
Job Profile:
Identifying, validating, engaging and launching global cosmetic brands in India.
Role will majorly involve market discovery, identifying opportunities, talking to brands, validating the brand potential, finding out insights, bringing it back to the core team.
Negotiate terms and onboard global cosmetic brands to the business portfolio.
Build and design the GTM strategy and own the demand generation
Requirements:
Post Graduate from a reputed institute
10-15 years of rich retail experience
Strong business acumen with global brand engagement experience
Must have strong hands on experience with on boarding and launching international cosmetic brands.
