We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist for a Gen Z focused Real Estate Startup.
Job Profile:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights. Utilize this information to develop targeted strategies for business expansion.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Ensure that proposals align with the company’s capabilities and objectives.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value.
Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to achieve win-win agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Min 2 Years of Business Development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
