We are looking for a Business Growth Manager for India’s top home fabric brand.

Job Profile:
Keep key customers and influencers informed of all new collections in store
Assisted by the HO marketing team, identify new channels for sales- institutional, hospitality, etc.
Unrestricted by geography- will be encouraged to develop customer base.
Networking, Developing and expanding database of Architects, Interior Decorators and Builders.
Shall be responsible to generate Revenue through Project Sales.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and cultivate a long term customer relationship.
Analysing and interpreting market, industry and competitor trends to facilitate Marketing and sales planning.
Target driven sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery and adherence to company norms.
Implementation of the sales development & promotional activities as per the plan.
Monitor all point of sales activities in the store including sales transactions, tracking payments, maintaining inventory updates(stock taking), handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback.
Awareness of current market trends in the Home fabrics sector

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Project Sales (Architects, Interior Decorators and Builders, furniture, home furnishing and other creative industries)
Qualification- Graduate/Dip/MBA
