We are looking for a Business Growth Manager for a Gen Z focused Real Estate Startup.

Job Profile:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve targets for Co-Living and student accommodation properties in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat.
Build and lead a high-performing decentralized business development team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure individual and collective success, with daily management schedules.
Implement robust systems and processes for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy rates, revenue generation, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners, to facilitate business growth and expansion.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and objectives.
Implement effective lead management strategies, including lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and conversion, to optimize sales performance and maximize revenue opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights, and propose recommendations for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and enhance the company’s offerings and strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5-10 years of progressive experience in business development management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing decentralized teams, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles, lead management strategies, and sales pipeline optimization techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
Proficiency in using CRM software, data analytics tools, and other relevant technologies to track, analyze, and report on business performance.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company and negotiate favorable outcomes.
