We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a 0 to 1 stage Staffing Agency Start-up. This start up is a new business vertical set up by a leading well funded logistics platform.
Job Profile:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients
A great team player and go-getter attitude.
Requirements:
A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
3- 9 years prior contract staffing related business development experience
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Driven individual motivated by sales results
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
Well organized
Strong business sense and industry expertise
