We are seeking a B2B Sales Head for a Rail Engineering Supply Chain Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the GTM strategy
Generate new leads & pitch to new customers
Arrange site visits & analyse the socio-geographic risk of projects
Identify the contractual risks & negotiate the same with Client
Apply knowledge of costing philosophy & guide proposal preparation
Submit all offers on time after necessary technical & commercial assessments.
Ability to bring offers to closure.
Manage a team of 6-8 members
Inter departmental liasioning.
Client relationship management to ensure repeat enquiries & orders
Prepare market forecast and budget.
Sales MIS

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience of 12-14 years in a similar industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales
Strong leadership experience
Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
