We are seeking a B2B Sales Head for a Rail Engineering Supply Chain Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the GTM strategy
  • Generate new leads & pitch to new customers
  • Arrange site visits & analyse the socio-geographic risk of projects
  • Identify the contractual risks & negotiate the same with Client
  • Apply knowledge of costing philosophy & guide proposal preparation
  • Submit all offers on time after necessary technical & commercial assessments.
  • Ability to bring offers to closure.
  • Manage a team of 6-8 members
  • Inter departmental liasioning.
  • Client relationship management to ensure repeat enquiries & orders
  • Prepare market forecast and budget.
  • Sales MIS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience of 12-14 years in a similar industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with P-Way/ Civil or Road Construction Projects
  • Private Siding Project background preferred
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
