We are looking for an AVP Human Resources for a Tech MNC to be based out of their Chennai office.
Job Profile:
Responsible to build and lead a strong HR Operations Team
Frequent interaction with the US Office
Lead HR Operations
Responsible to manage the HRMS
Responsible to build dashboards and HR MIS.
HR data analytics and presentation to the Management
Lead HR Strategy, Policy & Operations for the organization
Requirements:
MBA with 8 to 10 Years of HR experience
Must have prior experience interacting with US Teams
Must be from an IT Software Background
Must be hands on with HRMS
Must have HR leadership experience.
Data driven individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Result driven and TAT focused individual.
