Associate Vice President Investor Relations for a Financial Advisory Firm

We are looking for an Associate Vice President Investor Relations for a Financing Advisory Firm. Key sectors of focus include Hospitals, Agriculture, FMCG CUM ALCOHOL, Defense, Information Technology, Internet and Infrastructure.
Job Profile:
Client Acquisition of HNI / UHNI Single And Multiple Family Offices.
Developing Investor relations
Originate and lead the entire deal lifecycle e.g deal origination to closure, transaction, screening, proposals, pitch-books, industry research, precedent transactions and comparative valuation analysis, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums, Financial models etc.
Support equity raise and M&A due-diligence and transaction execution
Requirement:
Academic Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA
5+ Years of experience in Fund Raising
Proven experience in investor acquisition
Must have Strong numerical skills and understanding of basics of financial reporting – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience building/ understanding financial models and valuing companies
