Associate Vice President Corporate Relations for a Financial Advisory Firm

We are looking for an Associate Vice President Corporate Relations for a Financing Advisory Firm. Key sectors of focus include Hospitals, Agriculture, FMCG CUM ALCOHOL, Defense, Information Technology, Internet and Infrastructure.

Job Profile:
Corporate Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
To manage buy side and sell side mandate of unlisted and listed Corporate
Drive planning and execution of deals and pitches
Originate and lead the entire deal lifecycle e.g deal origination to closure, transaction, screening, proposals, pitch-books, industry research, precedent transactions and comparative valuation analysis, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums, Financial models etc.
Support equity raise and M&A due-diligence and transaction execution

Requirement:
Academic Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA
5+ Years of experience in Investment Banking
Must have experience with Corporate Client Acquisition
Must have Strong numerical skills and understanding of basics of financial reporting – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience building/ understanding financial models and valuing companies
