Art Director – Leading PR Agency

We are looking for an Art Director for an award-winning PR Agency offering services to some major brands like Amazon, Samsung, MEA (India), Sony, etc. to name a few.

Job Profile and Skills required

Experience and Background
8-10 years of strong graphic design experience and skills, working with major brands
Lead Designer with experience in Design/Advertising firms
Portfolio shows range of different media, modern design styles and aesthetics
Proficient with Social Media, Print and Event collateral design
Experience in creating large format print designs (Coffee Table books, Annual Reports etc.)
Experience in designing and managing website creation

Abilities
Understand and absorb a client brief, after clarifying with Client and Internal teams, and translate it into an exciting visual and graphic treatment.
Create designs appropriate and relevant for the Client’s Brand. Familiarity with Corporate Brand guidelines.
Good listening and communication skills.
Ability to articulate and present concepts confidently to clients.
Be able to brainstorm, collaborate and work with copywriters, design, and client servicing teams.
Ability to design creative campaigns consistently across different media like print & social media, video.
Be able to guide and lead a team of junior designers on projects.

Skills
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Web/mobile design, Adobe XD
Any of the Following (Not essential, but a plus) — basic knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, Animate
