We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive for a seed funded sustainable packaging startup.
Job Profile:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone or video conference.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
