We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive for a seed funded sustainable packaging startup.

Job Profile:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone or video conference.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
