We are looking for an Operations Manager for a Start-up Incubation Centre for their new Artificial Intelligence vertical.
Job Profile:
- Responsible to select incubates and effectively coordinate between various stake holders of the Incubation Centre.
- On-boarding the Mentors for the program
- Coordinating with the network of funding agencies for benefit of the entrepreneurs.
- Liaison with different government and private entities for the benefit of the entrepreneurs.
- Build a team which understands and propagates the culture of incubation and nurturing.
- Pick up and implement best practices for the Centre.
- Generate interest among the community to build businesses for growth of enterprise.
Requirement:
- 1-2 years in an Operations, Business Development or Client Servicing role.
- Adept at creating Presentation Decks and MIS Reports.
- Excellent execution skills
- Masters from a reputed institute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
